Inauguration of Streetplays program by Commissioner Of Pune Police Hon.Dr. K Venkatesham
Quick Heal Foundation is pleased to take its association with Pune Police to the next level! We have partnered with Pune Police to launch a series of street plays to create awareness around “Bharosa Cell” and “Cyber Cell” launched by the Pune Police to tackle domestic violence and cybercrime respectively. As part of the program, Quick Heal Foundation along with Pankh NGO will conduct street plays in 30 different locations covering over 5000 people across Pune City.
Students of P.A.H Solapur University sensitized 30,000 school students under Cyber Security Awareness program
Computer Science students of P.A.H Solapur University sensitized 30,000 school students on Cyber Security Awareness under Learn and Earn program of Quick Heal Foundation. Vice Chancellor Hon. Dr.Mrunalini Fadnavis attended the function and handed over cheque & appreciation letter to the students. The students also received remuneration from QHF.
Dignitaries present included Mr.Ajay Shirke(CSR Head, QHF) ,Dr.Vikas Ghute(Registrar , PAH Solapur University), Mr.R.S.Mente(HOD,Computer Science Dept.).
Women’s Day Celebration at Ht.Rajguru Girls School
It’s true what they say: Behind every successful man there is a strong woman.
A strong woman is an equal contributor to the success of her man. She supports him, motivates him, sacrifices for him so he could achieve what he aims for. Same is the story of our dear Vice President-HR, Mrs. Anupama Katkar. Someone who has been through the journey of Quick Heal’s success.
On the very occasion of International Women’s Day, Mrs. Katkar was invited as the chief guest in Ht. Rajguru School as a part of Shalangan Project. She was interviewed by Pankh Director- Mrs. Smita Apte.
The interview was followed by felicitation of single mothers and a play performed by students.
Dignitaries present included Mr. Ajay Shirke (CSR Head- QHF), Mrs.Kalyani Bhabad (Trustee, Pankh), Mrs. Maithilee Bandi (Coordinator, Pankh), Mrs.Patil (Principal, Ht Rajguru Girls School) and Mrs. Shete (Senior Faculty, Ht. Rajguru Boys School).
Pathnatya – A strong mean of creating awareness
Street plays are an important tool in creating awareness, empowering the youth and expressing positively. These plays have the strength to start a revolution. Such a street play was organized on sexual abuse, suicides of farmers, respect for Police & Defense forces and love for the nation, in Shagun Chowk of Pimpri area. Where around 200 spectators were observed.
To back up the event, PSI Mr.Ashok Nimghire, PSI Mr.Sandesh Ingle, Police Naik Mr. Alhaat, Police Naik Mr. Dhavale, Police Naik Mr. Hande, Traffic Police Department Police Naik Mrs. Deshmukh, Police Havaldar Mr. Kadam were present. Young and talented artists of Akaar Natya Sanstha, Mrs. Smita Apte(Director-Pankh), Mrs.KalyaniBhabad(Pankh- Trustee), Mrs. Maithili Bandi(Asst.Coordinator), Mr. Sachin Karanjule, Mrs. Jyoti Katikar, and Mrs.Meena Chitale were present.
