  • Health and Well-being through ‘Arogya Yan Donation’

A. Education and Cybersecurity Awareness: Cyber Shiksha for Cyber Suraksha

This initiative promotes digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness, and skills development through:

  1. Earn & Learn (Direct Implementation)

    • Conduct training programs, and campaigns to educate individuals on cyber threats and safe digital practices.
  2. Cyber Awareness through Associate Partners

    • Collaborations with NGOs, to conduct training sessions, seminars, and digital campaigns on cyber safety.
  3. Street Play for Cyber Awareness

    • Uses performing arts to communicate cybersecurity messages interactively.
    • Performed in public spaces, schools, and colleges to enhance engagement.
B. Health & Well-being: Arogya Yan Donation
  • Enhance healthcare accessibility by donating Arogya Yan (healthcare vehicles) to underserved communities at remote locations.
Engagement Model & Execution:

Quick Heal Foundation engages with various stakeholders to implement its CSR initiatives effectively. Engagement strategies include:

  • Direct implementation by Quick Heal employees and volunteers.
  • Collaboration with registered non-profit organizations, trusts, and NGOs.
  • Public-private partnerships with government agencies and educational institutions.
  • Contributions to funds approved by the Government of India for social development.
CSR Governance & Compliance:
  • CSR Committee: A designated committee within Quick Heal Foundation will oversee and monitor CSR activities.
  • Annual Budgeting: Allocation of at least 2% of the average net profits of Quick Heal Technologies Ltd. over the last three financial years, as per legal requirements.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Regular impact assessments, project reviews, and transparent reporting to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Policy Review: The CSR policy will be periodically reviewed and updated in alignment with regulatory changes and organizational priorities.
CSR project selection framework:

CSR projects are selected based on the following criteria:

  • Alignment with Quick Heal’s CSR focus areas and mission.
  • Potential social impact and scalability.
  • Feasibility, sustainability, and long-term benefits.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and communities effectively.
Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation:

The CSR Committee, in consultation with the Board, identifies CSR projects and ensures their execution in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013. Projects are implemented based on:

  • Defined objectives and target outcomes.
  • Identified beneficiaries and impact assessment.
  • Measurable goals and timelines.
  • The CSR Committee oversees all CSR activities, ensuring alignment with corporate values and legal compliance.
  • Regular monitoring of CSR projects through impact assessments and performance reviews.
  • Periodic reporting to the Board of Directors on CSR expenditure and project outcomes.
  • Transparency in reporting CSR initiatives in the company’s Annual Report (future proofs) and on the official website.
